Easter Cupcakes Best Of

Posted by Unknown at 8:00 PM 13 comments

Tomorrow I’m making Easter Cupcakes, but I do not have time to get creative. My niece is one years old and my daughter is a tween, who loves anything Hunger Games, so I’m keeping it simple this year with a butter cupcake, buttercream frosting and either a blue peep or blue M & Ms on top. Will load the pic up tomorrow. In the meantime, these are my faves I’ve found online. You can share your faves with me on Pinterest at http://pinterest.com/deestewart/

We don’t have a sweet tooth this St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Girlee had stomach flu this week and I’m on bedrest. However, for my cupcake buds here are three cupcakes I’ve seen across the cupcakaverse. Also follow us on Twitter we have a design board up there at http://pinterest.com/deestewart/cupcake-south-2012-ideas-board/

These cupcakes look interesting although I don’t drink. I thought about doing some Girl Scout Cookie Thin Mints with Green Velvet Icing, but maybe by Saturday. If we do them, I will load the pics up here and on pinterest.

The above cupcakes are from Pink Martinis and Pearls. It so pretty. The cupcake is called St. Patrick’s Day Cupcakes with Bailey’s Irish Cream, Frangelico and Crème de Cacao Buttercream Icing. Here’s the recipe link.

The above cupcake is an Irish Car Bomb. Click this link for the recipe.
