Mother's Day CupCake Recipe Wanted

I want to have a Mother's Day Brunch. I caught between a pear champagne cupcake, but my Mama refuses to eat anything with alcohol in it. :) Help!

    I bet replacing champagne with that sparkling juice (they come in the champagne bottles) at the grocery store would be a great alternative. Although it might be a little late now ;)
